Tom spent over 20 years, in agencies big and small, crafting acclaimed advertising campaigns. But his time as Executive Creative Director for a global agency’s integrated marketing division changed everything. From there he could see the transformational changes occurring in advertising firsthand. And he came to realize that an entirely new agency structure would be required to realize the unlimited opportunities they presented.

Tom's past client experience includes: HP, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Sprint, San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, Microsoft, Bay View Bank, Closet Factory, Project Open Hand, Sun Microsystems, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Blue Diamond Almonds, Cleveland Browns and Indians and The Ohio Lottery.

With an artist’s eye and a strategist’s brain, Tyler is a natural born multi-disciplinarian (if that’s even a word). Having seen the advantages of working outside the traditional agency structure early on, he’s also a living testament to the fact that smaller groups can have a big impact. His extensive work in the social and environmental sustainability space has been praised not only for its creativity but its significant contribution to the common good.
